Distributor Policy and conditions

We are planning to establish a distributorship with the candidates with some policy and conditions as follows;

Have at least 1 distributor in 1 country, but we still need to establish distributorship with several companies along with a size of market and its demands.
We are looking for our distributors who have a higher standard of maintenance both for its facility and engineers. This is to enrich the contents of technical service so that every users can be satisfied with its quality and reliability.
We don't require your experiences of dealing with diesel engine driven generators. However, it would be ideal if you have your experience of dealing with the construction machine business, considering its service engineering facility of diesel engine maintenance.
We always require our distributors to have some stocks of the machines so that they can respond to customer's urgent request of dispatch.
The contents of distributorship contract are quite different depends on each country, considering its market background, tendency, and each country's law. However, our distributorship contract will be made based on EU commercial law.
Though Denyo Europe's sales territories are basically limited to EU 27 countries, we are always welcome you even if you are now located outside EU. At first, we will investigate how the specifications of generators in the market are, and adjust our sales route somehow.
